Regrets and Handling of Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase. To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The package must then be returned within 14 days of providing this notice.

  • Non-returnable Items: Items made to order, including all textile goods such as sofas, dining sofas, and daybeds, are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

For a return to be valid:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging without visible signs of damage to the packaging or product.
  • Use the original packaging and protective transport packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

If you use or inspect the item(s) beyond what is necessary to determine the type, characteristics, and functionality of the product, and this results in depreciation of the item’s value, we reserve the right to deduct an equivalent amount from the refund. Similarly, if the packaging is damaged or missing (e.g., if you affix the return label directly on the product packaging), we may deduct an equivalent amount from the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, including any potential insurance during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned in the same condition as it was received.

Northern will refund the amount based on the returned item's sale price once we have received and inspected the item.

Cancellation Details

Details regarding the cancellation of purchases are outlined in the Cancellation Form. The Cancellation Act is only applicable to private purchases.
